
Jim Headings
H. James (Jim) Headings is running for the U.S. Congress, 2nd District of Tennessee. He has always been interested in politics but was not satisfied with the two major parties, so he read the Constitution Party Platform and attended the annual state-wide meeting in Nashville in 2001. Since then, he has served as Vice-Chairman of the Constitution Party of Tennessee and as Acting-Chairman during the 2008 presidential campaign.
Jim was born in Westfir, OR, and was elected Mayor of Brownsville, OR, in 1974. He now lives in Englewood, TN. Jim owns Brock Tax Services, works as a farmer and is also a pastor at Piney Grove Community Church in Etowah, TN. He is married to Mary Headings and has children and grandchildren whom he adores.
Kermit Steck
Kermit Steck is running for the U.S. Congress, 1st District of Tennessee. He was a member of one of the two major political parties for 35 years before joining the Constitution Party in 2009. He is campaigning for a return to the Constitutional rule of government and foundational principles of America.
Kermit is currently the Chairman of the Bristol/Kingsport area for the Constitution Party of Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Army from 1981-1993 and commanded an M1A1 NET Team in the Persian Gulf in 1990. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Psychology. He has three children and is a carpenter. Kermit lives in Kingsport, TN.
